great access to parks and museums for weekend explorations

We loved how close we were to Cascade Falls, just about 5 km away, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk, and we appreciated the nearby One North Kitchen & Bar which was only a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk, making dining easy and enjoyable after our city explorations.

Really good Stay with a Personal Touch

We enjoyed a fantastic four-night stay, with wonderful service. The staff was attentive, especially Natasha, who went out of her way to make our gathering enjoyable. A beautiful patio for mingling and close proximity to local attractions added to our experience. Highly recommend!

The suite was impressively spacious and conveniently located near the highway. Mrs Christy's friendly and helpful demeanor at the front desk added a personal touch to the experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were non-existent, and the lack of variety left something to be desired.

The large suite with two queens and a sofa bed was a comfortable upgrade from my last visit in jackson. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Had a blast with friends! We visited the Michigan Theatre and Ella Sharp Museum, both super cool spots. The staff was helpful, and the location rocked for getting around. If you're planning a trip, be aware the dining options are limited, but we found alternatives nearby! Definitely a good time overall.

I got a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa. The room was large and had some nice space, but the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was a decent setup overall, and I liked the vibe in there, just wish that sofa was better.

My family of 5 stayed for three nights while in town for a funeral. The staff greeted us warmly. The building's beautiful design added to our positive mood. Our room met our needs perfectly with comfy beds and very clean spaces. The hot tub and pool provided a great way to unwind after our long days. On the downside, we did have an issue with one of the pullout sofa beds. The fitted mattress pad on it was dirty and folded up, and we only received sheets when I asked for help late at night. I also experienced confusion about a $10 incidental charge that appeared on my card just before check-in, which nobody could explain. It's a bit concerning when charges pop up without clear communication. Still, these issues don't overshadow the overall good experience we had, especially with how well the staff treated us during this tough time.
